Why swimming is good for you swimming is good for you
1.every time when you go swimming it is pumping fresh air in your body.
2.Swimming keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body.
3.when you are mad at someone if you go swimming it will help you calm down and forget about the madness .
4.swimming can use less energy than other exercises like running You can get very puffed.but swimming you do not let you get puffed .
5. in fact every time you go swimming and practice you will find that you will get faster.
