Because it is very easy.Here is a step by step instruction.

the words are not very clear so here are the instructions
1. cut 2 shapes of c out of cardboard
and put them together
2. Wrap wool around it then cut the wall and tie the string on.
3. Remove the cardboard and you have a pompom.
